We’ve also put together examples of how technology can be used for a remote audit in the below simulated audit videos. Please note, the rule is up to 100% remote auditing depending on the results of a risk assessment and applicable program allowances.

Production – Auditor is using the Zoom Desktop Application (with enhanced security), and Auditee is using the Zoom Phone Application. The management rep and operator are passing the phone back and forth during the audit.

Physical Documentation – Both attendees using GoToMeeting Desktop Application while the auditee carries laptop around the office.

Online Documentation – Both attendees using GoToMeeting Desktop Application while sitting in a conference room/office.
